This site is intended to provide a little background reading on the
approach the company takes to recruitment and also provide contact
details. Although IES takes advantage of the internet and all modern
methods of communication, it is NOT an internet only recruitment agency
and equally, we do not blindly mail out thousands of CVs to our clients
as many others do. Our approach is the personal approach, we take time
to process our candidates CV's properly and make sure that they are a
good match with our clients requirements.
